INTRODUCTION 
Beyond My Tribe is a Kenyan initiative that focuses on promoting youth involvement and development. The organization strives to end tribalism, enhance grassroots development, and promote social integration. We believe that the key to achieving this goal is to encourage social values, relations, and institutions that prioritize equality, equity, and dignity for all.
To achieve our goals, Beyond My Tribe focuses on eight key areas. These include recognition, representation, redistribution, social justice, human rights, minority rights, equality of rights, and solidarity. We also place a strong emphasis on sustainable development, democracy, leadership capacity, ethics, and morality, as well as technological advancement, infrastructure development, and migrant control policies.
As an organization, we seek to build modern political parties and think-tanks that promote cross-cultural unity and equality to counter tribal politics. We also believe that establishing strategic government departments to garner support from various stakeholders to implement social integration at multiple levels of education, religion, entertainment, and cultural events is essential.
Beyond My Tribe focuses primarily on young people aged 18-35. We aim to assist them in fulfilling their potential and aspirations while addressing their needs and concerns. We also seek to support young people in shaping their future per their aspirations by offering systematic interventions and community development initiatives incorporating African cultural heritage.

Representation: The organization recognizes that fair representation of all tribes and cultures in leadership positions is vital for social integration. Beyond My Tribe seeks to support leaders who represent the interests of all Kenyan tribes and cultures.
Redistribution: Beyond My Tribe acknowledges that inequality and poverty are major challenges in Kenya. They seek to promote fair distribution of resources to ensure all Kenyans have equal opportunities for socio-economic advancement.
Social Justice: The organization recognizes that social justice is essential for a peaceful and prosperous society. Beyond My Tribe seeks to promote social justice through initiatives that address social inequality, discrimination, and marginalization of certain groups.
Human Rights: Beyond My Tribe recognizes the fundamental rights and freedoms of all Kenyans. They seek to promote the protection and fulfillment of human rights by supporting initiatives that promote access to education, healthcare, and equal opportunities for all.
Minority Rights: The organization recognizes the unique challenges faced by minority groups in Kenya. They seek to promote their rights by supporting initiatives that provide equal access to opportunities and representation in leadership positions.
Equality of Rights: Beyond My Tribe acknowledges that all Kenyans should have equal rights and opportunities, regardless of their tribe or cultural background. They seek to promote equality of rights by supporting initiatives that address discriminatory practices and promote equal representation in leadership positions.
Solidarity: The organization recognizes that Kenyans have a shared responsibility to promote social integration and end tribalism. They seek to promote solidarity by supporting initiatives that encourage Kenyans to work together towards a common goal.

In addition to the eight key areas, Beyond My Tribe places a strong emphasis on sustainable development, democracy, leadership capacity, ethics, and morality, as well as technological advancement, infrastructure development, and migrant control policies.
Through these initiatives, the organization seeks to build a more self-aware and accommodating society, avoid periodic clashes that come with general elections, and promote peaceful coexistence among all Kenyans.
Beyond My Tribe will achieve its eight key areas through our domain areas of education/skill development, livelihood generation, counselling and therapy, and arts, sports, and entertainment.
Here's a breakdown of our approach:
We believe that education is critical to the development of any society. To promote mutual recognition and respect for each other's differences, we will create programs that educate Kenyans about the cultural and traditional practices of each tribe. This will foster mutual respect and understanding. Additionally, we will provide training and skill development programs to disadvantaged communities to empower them with the tools and knowledge necessary to create successful businesses, thus promoting socioeconomic advancement and reducing inequality.
Poverty and inequality are major challenges in Kenya, and we believe that creating sustainable livelihoods is the key to promoting the fair distribution of resources. We will work to provide opportunities to provide opportunities to generate income through business development programs, job placement services, and small grants to start new enterprises. This will not only promote socio-economic advancement but also promote minority rights by providing equal access to opportunities.
We recognize that discrimination, marginalization, and social inequality can have a significant impact on the mental and emotional well-being of individuals. To promote human rights, social justice, and equality of rights, we will provide counselling and therapy services to communities affected by these issues. This will promote social integration and reduce tensions between different groups.
Beyond My Tribe recognizes that art, sports, and entertainment can bring people together and promote solidarity. We will promote art and cultural events that showcase the diversity of Kenya's tribes and cultures, thus promoting mutual recognition and respect. We will also create sports and entertainment programs that bring together individuals from different tribes and cultural backgrounds, promoting social integration and equality of rights.
